18=2x3x3
24=2x2x2x3
54=2x3x3x3
So, the Lcm is
=2x2x2x3x3x3
=8x27
=216
And the HCF is
=2x3
=6

So, the Lcm is
=2x2x2x3x3x3
=8x27
=216
