The square root of 7581 is Quotient = 87 and remainder = 12 which is not a perfect square.In order to make it perfect difference it with the remainder i.e

= 7581 - 12 = 7569

So, Square root of 7569 = 87 * 87

                                         = 87 (Perfect Square)

So, The least number = 12
