 log( \frac{169}{9} ) - 2 log(13) + 2 log(3 ) \\ = log(169) - log(9) - 2 log(13) + 2 log(3) \\ = log( {13}^{2} ) - log( {3}^{2} ) - 2 log(13) + 2log(3) \\ = 2 log(13) - 2 log(3) - 2 log(13) + 2 log(3) = 0
