Answer:

(2/3)^3 × (2/3)^6=(4/9)^2m-3

(2/3)^3+6 = [(2/3)^2]^2m-3

(2/3)^9= (2/3)^2(2m-3)

(2/3)^9 = (2/3)^4m-6

9=4m-6

9+6=4m

4m=15

m=15/4

I hope it will be helpful.
