Step-by-step explanation:

m=-2/3

n=-3/-2=3/2.

(minus on denominator and on

numerator gets cut)

putting values we get:-

(m+n)/(m-n)=

 (\frac{ - 2}{3}  +  \frac{3}{2} ) \div  (  \frac{ - 2}{3}  -  \frac{3}{2} )

taking LCM of numerator and denominator we get

( \frac{ - 4 + 9}{6} ) \div  (\frac{ - 4 - 9}{6} )

solving this we will get

 \frac{5}{ - 13}

this can be written as

 \frac{ - 5}{13}
