SOLUTION :-

➪${x}^{m} \times {x}^{n} = > {x}^{m + n}$

➪$({ - 3})^{m + 1} \times ( { - 3})^{7} = ( { - 3})^{7}$

➪$( { - 3})^{m + 1 + 5} = ( { - 3})^{7}$

➪$6 + m = 7$

➪$m = 7 - 6$
