SOLUTION:-

Multiply both sides by 6.

6( m -  \frac{(m - 2)}{2} ) = 6(1 -  \frac{(m - 2)}{3} ) \\  \\  =  > 6m - 6 \frac{(m - 2)}{2}  = 6 - 6 \frac{(m - 2)}{3}  \\  \\  =  > 6m - 3m + 12 = 6 - 2m + 4 \\  \\  =  > 3m + 12 = 10 -2m \\

Add 2m on both sides;

=) 3m +12+2m= 10-2m +2m

=) 5m +12 = 10

Subtract 12 from both sides:

=) 5m +12 -12 = 10 -12

=) 5m = -2

=) m= -2/5

Hope it helps ☺️
