Mean is 18. Mode is 16 and 19. Median is 19.

Step-by-step explanation:

1. Arranging the given data in ascending order

  11 , 13, 16, 16, 19, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23

  Total number of data (N) =10

2. \mathbf{Mean \ (\bar{X})=\frac{\sum x_{i}}{N}}

   So

   \mathbf{\bar{X}=\frac{11+13+16+16+19+19+20+21+22+23}{10}}

   \mathbf{\bar{X}=\frac{180}{10}=18} = Value of mean

3. Mode is maximum number of a particular data appear.

   From given series of data, 16 appear two times and 19 also     appear two times.

   Mode = 16 and 19

4. Here total number of data is even.So median is

   \mathbf{Median =\frac{(\frac{N}{2})^{th \ term}+(\frac{N}{2}+1)^{th \ term}}{2}}

   \mathbf{Median =\frac{(\frac{10}{2})^{th \ term}+(\frac{10}{2}+1)^{th \ term}}{2}}

   \mathbf{Median =\frac{(5)^{th \ term}+(6)^{th \ term}}{2}}

   where fifth term = 19

   and    sixth term = 19

   \mathbf{Median =\frac{19+19}{2}=19}
