First of all we have to make this either in ascending or descending order.
So here when we make it in ascending order we will get as
64,68,70,71,72,73,75,76
So here n=8(total number of terms)

Since n is even we have to use the equation
(n/2)th term + (n/2+1)th term All divided by 2

So n/2=4 n/2th term=4th term =71
Similarly n/2+1 th term =5th term=73


So, 71+73 all divided by 2 =71.5 and that's the median
