Step-by-step explanation:

there are 5 classes

therefore

MEDIAN=SUM OF ALL FREQUENCY/NO.OF CLASS

=3+10+11+8+3/5

=35/5

=7

ANS.:- MEDIAN=7

Solution:

To find Mode Class
Here, maximum frequency is 11.

The mode class is 65-75.

L = lower boundary point of mode class = 65

f1 = frequency of the mode class = 11

f0 = frequency of the preceding class = 10

f2 = frequency of the succedding class = 8

c = class length of mode class = 10

Z = L + (f1 - f0)/(2 * f1 - f0 - f2) * c

= 65 + (11 - 10)/(2 * 11 - 10 - 8) * 10

= 65 + (1/4) * 10

= 65 + 2.5

= 67.5

Therefore, the median of the given data is 67.5

Hope this will be helpful.
