since n=47 (odd) median=(n+1/2) that is 48/2=24
hence the median of given data is 48

simply u know for finding median.... we find n, so in this case n=47 which is odd that is we will use the formula n+1/2 ,u will get 24...and in table u need to see.... the Cf which is slightly higher than... 24 I. e 29, so the wage (variant) opposite to it is 48....hence,median =48
