n+m+l=5


Putting n=4

m=-2 ,-1 ,0,+1,+2

l=1

Configuration


1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 4s2 3d10 4p6


Up to 4p

Becoz here n=4

p=1

Taken m=0

And m+l+n=5.....


In above configuration... Possibility of orbits


3p.........(2) electrons


3d..........(2) electrons


4p..........(2) electron


Hence.. minimum number of electrons are 6


As for m=0 or any orbital minimum 2 electrons are 2
