The missing number is 16.

LOGIC:

First multiply the two numbers in the bottom side of the circle. Then divide the result by the difference of two numbers on the top of the circle.

At last add 6 to the result. You will end up with the result given inside the circle.

First circle:

1) (8 × 7) ÷ (12 - 10) = 56 ÷ 2 = 28 + 6 = 34

Second circle:

2) (9 × 7) ÷ (32 - 23) = 63 ÷ 9 = 7 + 6 = 13

Third circle:

3) (10 × 9) ÷ (43 - 34) = 90 ÷ 9 = 10 + 6 = 16

HENCE THE MISSING NUMBER IS 16.
