if KOH is present in 25% w/w, then, in 100 grams of the solution, there will be 25 g, this is the first step

if 25 g is KOH, then, 100 - 25 = 75 g is water

Molality = \frac{No.\:\:of\:\:moles\:\:of\:\:solute}{Mass\:\:of\:\:solvent\:\:in \:\:Kg}

Now, Molar mass of KOH = 56 g/mol

No. of moles of KOH = 25/56 = 0.4464 moles (approx)

Mass of solvent in Kg = 75/1000 = 0.075

Now, your answer will be: 0.4464/0.75 = 5.592 molal approximately
