Hello Mate,

Here is your answer,

The formula for Nitrobenzene is,

C6H5NO2

So here we have,

6 molecules of Carbon

5 molecules of Hydrogen

1 molecule of NO2

Molecular weight of carbon = 12g

Molecular weight of Hydrogen = 1g

Molecular weight of nitrogen dioxide

= 14 + 16(2) = 46g

For 6 molecules of Carbon,

weight = 12(6) = 72g

For 5 molecules of Hydrogen,

Weight = 1(5) = 5g

For 1 molecule of nitrogen dioxide,

Weight = 1(46) = 46g

Total weight = 72 + 5 + 46

= 123g

Molecular Weight of Nitrobenze

Molecular Weight of Nitrobenze = 123g

Hope it helps:)
