so v= p/m
K.E. = 1/2 mv²
=1/2 m (p/m)²
=1/2 m x p²/m x m
=p²/2m
so, according to the question,
K.E. = 500J
⇒500 = p² / 2 x 100
⇒p² = 500 x .2
⇒p = √100.0 = 10
so momentum is 10 kg.m/s
so v= p/m
