Given:-

→Mass of Neon = 52g

To find:-

→Number of atoms in 52g of Neon

Solution:-

•Atomic mass of neon = 20u

We know that molar mass of an element is the atomic mass in grams.

Thus, molar mass of Neon is 20g.

Firstly, let's calculate the number of moles

52g Neon.

No of moles = Given mass/Molar mass

= 52/20

= 2.6 moles

•Avogadro number = 6.022×10²³

Number of atoms:-

= No of moles × Avogadro nuumber

= 2.6×6.022×10²³

= 15.6572×10²³

= 1.56×10² atoms

Thus, 1.56×10²atoms are there in 52g of Neon.

We have,

Given mass of Ne = 52 g

Molar mass of Ne = 20 g

We know,

Number of atoms = N_A × Number of moles.

∵ No. of moles = (Given mass)/(Molar mass),

∴ Number of atoms = N_A × (Given mass)/(Molar mass)

⇒ No. of atoms = 6.022 × 10²³ × (52 g)/(20 g)

⇒ No. of atoms = 6.022 × 10²³ × 2.6

⇒ No. of atoms = 15.657 × 10²³

⇒ No. of atoms = 1.5657 × 10²⁴ {Answer}
