I don't know sorry for disappointing you
AIM- To find true solution, suspension and colloidal solutions which are available at home.
THEORY-
Definition and properties:
(a) True Solution: it is defined as the homogeneous mixture (two or more materials) dissolved in solvent. Homogeneous mixture should be of particle size 9 to 10 meters or 1nm.
(b) Suspension Solution: it is defined as the heterogenous mixture which contains large particles which will later settle on standing (chalk solution). A solution is a homogenous mixture (two or more materials) where one substance has dissolved the other (salt water).
(c) Colloidal Solution: also known as Colloidal Dispersion, and is referred to as the mixture where one substance is divided into minute particles (known as colloidal particles) and diffuses throughout a second substance. Matter can exists in all forms that are solid, liquid or gas.
MATERIAL AND METHODS-
In a true solution, items available at home are categorized as-
1. Lemon Juice
2. Air
3. Glucose Water
4. Salt Solution
5. Sanitizer/Ethanol Solution.
In a suspension solution, items available at home are categorized as-
1. Muddy water
2. Flour in water
3. Dust particles in air
4. Oil in water
5. Chalk in water
In a colloidal solution, items available at home are categorized as-
1. Milk
2. Butter
3. Blood
4. Paint
5. Curd
Preparation-
(a) Lemon juice (True solution): the solution can be prepared at home easily by making mixture of lemon and water in a glass.
(b) Muddy water (Suspension solution): the solution can be made by using solvent (water) and solute (mud). Precipitation method can be used under standard conditions.
(c) Curd (Colloidal solution): Either dispersion or application of shear (mixing, shaking, high pressure mixing) can be used to prepare colloid.
RESULT- The items can be found and prepared easily at home.
