Hey!!!!

 \frac{ - 3}{4} and \frac{5}{6}
By equating the denominators of the rational nos. by taking LCM

 \frac{( - 3 \times 3)}{(4 \times 3)} and \:  \frac{(5 \times 2)}{(6 \times 2)}
 =  \frac{ - 9}{12}and \frac{10}{12}

By multiplying 20 to both the rational nos.

 =  \frac{( - 9 \times 20)}{(12 \times 20)} and \:  \frac{(10 \times 20}{(12 \times 20)}

 =   \frac{ - 180}{2400} and \frac{200}{2400}

Therefore, the required rational numbers are:

 \frac{ - 180}{2400}  \\  \\  \frac{ - 179}{2400}  \\  \\  \frac{ - 178}{2400} \\  \\  \frac{ - 177}{2400}  \\  \\  \frac{ - 176}{2400}  \\  \\  \frac{ - 175}{2400}  \\  \\  \frac{ - 174}{2400}  \\  \\  \frac{ - 172}{2400} \\  \\  \frac{ - 171}{2400}  \\  \\  \frac{ - 170}{2400}
 \frac{ - 169}{2400}  \\  \\  \frac{ - 168}{2400}  \\  \\  \frac{ - 167}{2400}  \\  \\  \frac{ - 166}{2400}  \\  \\  \frac{ - 165}{2400}  \\  \\  \frac{ - 164}{2400}  \\  \\  \frac{ - 163}{2400}  \\  \\  \frac{ - 162}{2400}  \\  \\  \frac{ - 161}{2400}  \\  \\  \frac{ - 150}{2400}
