Solution:

a circle centred at (h,k) having a radius r

(x - h)²  + (y - k)²  = r²

a circle centred at (5,5) having a radius of 50

h = 5

k = 5

r = 50

(x - 5)²  + (y - 5)²  = 50²

This is the equation of the circle of all the points on boundary of circle

(x - 5)²  + (y - 5)²  ≤ 50²

This is the equation of the circle of all the points inside circle including points on boundary of  circle
