Before Breakfast

  • 1 hour before your breakfast take a glass of warm water and squeeze a whole lemon in it. This will help to loosen fats of your body.

Breakfast

  • 1 bowl of oats with your choice of milk and nuts

                           Or  

  • 2 toast with 1 whole boiled egg

Morning Snack

  • 1/3 cup any berry of your choice
  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

Lunch  

  • 2 whole wheat chapatis  
  • 1 bowl of vegetables / 1 bowl of chicken or fish curry
  • 1 bowl of dal  

Afternoon Snack  

  • 1 cup sliced cucumber

Dinner

  • 1 serving salad of your choice of green vegetables with grilled fish or chicken

                                       Or  

  • ½ cup rice/ 1 whole wheat chapati
  • 1 bowl of vegetable

Note:  Try to cook your food in olive oil or mustard oil. Always eat your food in small portion in more no. of times rather than have it in large quantity.
