The two principles of both the countries are equality and justice

The two principles similar in both the constitution are:

  1. The right to information
  2. Fundamental rights are provided to citizens

The Indian Constitution was made much more earlier than the Constitution of South Africa. When the Constitution of South Africa was being formed in the year 1996, it was ensured that this constitution becomes the strongest constitution in the whole world. To make it the strongest, Constitution from countries around the world was studied and considered and the best features were adopted from them.
