We know that in a right angle triangle,

The sum of the squares on two sides of a triangle is equal to the square on the third side, then the triangle is a right angle.

\large\rm { Base^{2} + perpendicular^{2} = hypotenuse^{2}}

substituting the values

\large\rm { 10^{2} + 15^{2} \neq 25^{2}}

\large\rm { 100+225 \neq 625}

\large\rm { 325 \neq 625}

So, it can't be a right angled triangle.
