Human evolution from primitive to modern men comprises of numerous stages. Primitive men have been known to diverge from chimpanzees.

Gradual development in thinking of such traits like language and human bipedalism contributed in the development of modern men.

Increase in brain size, decrease in dimorphism sexually and lengthened gestation are some highlighted points in present day modern men.
