OA is accelerated motion, AB uniform motion with velocity 30 m/s, and CD is retarted motion, maximum velocity reached by the body is at point C which is 40 m/s
acceleration in first 3 second is velocity/time = 30/3 = 10 m/s2
retardation is -40/3 m/s2

retardation is -40/3 m/s2
