The 'Brihadisvara temple' also recognised as 'Rajarajeswaram', is dedicated to Lord Shiva. This glorious temple is stationed in the south bank of River Kaveri in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu and is one of the supreme Hindu temples built by the Cholas.
