Examples of circular motion in daily life are;

• Ceiling fan

The blades of the ceiling fan are attached to a fixed center and it always moves in circles.

• Giant wheel

In the giant wheel, the passenger pods are fixed to a circular rim and the distance of these pods from the central point of the wheel never changes.

• Merry-go round

This is a ride common in amusement parks and it always moves in circles. The seats of this ride revolve around a fixed center.

Electrons revolve around the nucleus along the circular path called orbits. The nucleus is the central point in this motion and the orbits always remain at a fixed distance away from the nucleus.
