we have seen many westerns... with their habits of doing all things... and all that way, we liked the way of their habits.....

we have left behind all our healthy ancient habits like
1) eating using our bare hands. (now we use spoons and forks)
2) eating while squatting on the floor ( now we have large dinner tables but end up eating our food on bed.. ...or near laptops.
3) Cooking in earthen pots. ( now we use glass utensils or any other fancy item utensil...)

5) Not stand and drink water ( now we drink water anywhere we want.. while standing too.. but it is bad for health) ...

A. Our ancestors used Neem leaves and stem to cleanse their teeth. Both the leaves and stem were biodegradable. Today, toothbrushes are used which cause a lot of pollution.
