Given :-

  • Area of Rectangle = 4125m²
  • Breadth of Rectangle = 55m

 \\

To Find :-

  • Perimeter of the Rectangle

 \\

Solution :-

❏ For finding the Perimeter of the Rectangle we need Length and Breadth both , but in this question only Breadth is given, so we will find the length by applying " Area of Rectangle " as it is given area of Rectangle = 4125m²

➞ Area of Rectangle = Length × Breadth

➞ 4125 = Length × 55

➞ 4125 / 55 = Length

75m = Length

________________

⟾ Perimeter of Rectangle = 2 ( L + B )

⟾ Perimeter of Rectangle = 2 ( 75 + 55 )

⟾ Perimeter of Rectangle = 2 × 130

⟾ Perimeter of Rectangle = 260m

Thus, Perimeter of the Rectangle = 260m

Additional Info :

Formulas Related to Rectangle :

  • Perimeter of Rectangle = 2( l + b)
  • Area = Length × Breadth
  • Length = Area / Breadth
  • Breadth = Area / Length
  • Diagonal = √(l)² + (b)²

★Given that:—

  • → Breadth of a rectangular field = 55m
  • → Area of rectangular field = 4125 sq.m

★To Find:—

  • → Length of the rectangular field

★Solution:—

Let,

  • → length of rectangular field = l
  • → Breadth of rectangular field = b
  • → Area of rectangular feild = A

†As Area of rectangle is given by:—

\begin{gathered}Area = l \times b  \end{gathered}

‡Here

\begin{gathered}4125 = l \times 55 \\ \\ l = \frac{4125}{55} \\ \\ \green{ \boxed{\boxed{ l = 75m}}}\end{gathered}

Now perimeter of rectangle is given by:—

\begin{gathered}P = 2(l + b) \end{gathered}

Here:—

\begin{gathered}P= 2(75 + 55) \\ \\ = 2 \times 130 \\ \\ \green{ \boxed{\boxed{ P = 260m}}}\end{gathered}
