Answer:As we can clearly observe that the sides of the given triangle are Pythagorean triplets.

so, the length of lac base is 4 cm, and the height is 3 cm.

From the basic formula for the area of a triangle,

1/2 × base × height

= 1/2×3×4

= 3×2

= 6 cm^2

Answer below:

6cm^{2}

Explanation:

Area of a scalene triangle = \sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}

where s is the semi-perimeter of the triangle.

Given,

1st side = 3cm, 2nd side =  4cm and 3rd side = 5 cm

Semi-perimeter of the triangle = {(3+4+5)/2} cm

                                                          = 6 cm

So, area = \sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}

              = \sqrt{6(6-3)(6-4)(6-5)} cm^{2}

              = \sqrt{6*3*2*1} cm^{2}

              = \sqrt{36} cm^{2}

              = 6 cm^{2}

Hope it helps.......
