We have come along way from when are grandparents grew up. Their childhoods were very different than ours. Even their adulthood was different. Many things have changed and many opportunities have come and gone. Grandpas and Grandmas upbringing was to say the least different than ours. Most of them used to walk miles to school were most of us had the luxury of riding a bus to school. Our differences are something that they love to talk about. In the early days they lived simply in what we call the “white picket fence” eras. Gadgets were not very impressive and the most simple one were enough to satisfy their needs. A simple plastic ball was all they needed to have fun and enjoy their time with friends. Nowadays children require the most expensive gadgets. Somehow it seems as kids in today’s world are competing to see who gets the most expensive gadget out there.
