In my locality, the condition of public toilet is really disgusting. No toilet cleaners and no manners to people that they flush after using it.
I have never been there but whenever I go to a place I always see from the window of my car.
What would the user feel after going inside.
But the lower class people have no other choice. Yes there is water pollution. Taps run and no one desires to close.
If the flush leaks no one even reports the plumber.
The waste water goes into the river and the village people depend on the water for their daily chores.
