Height of parallogram = Diameter of circle = 14cm

Radius of circle = 14÷2 = 7cm

Area of remaining part

= (Area of parallelogram)-(Area of circle)

 = (base \times height) - \pi {r}^{2}  \\  = (42 \times 14) -  (\frac{22}{7} \times   {7}^{2} ) \\  = 588 - 154 = 434 {cm}^{2}

Thus,the area of the remaining part is 434cm²
