a) Resistance of parallel circuit= 1/8+1/8
= 2/8
=4ohm
Total Resistance= 4+4
=8ohm
b)current=v/r
8/4
=2ampere
c) potential difference across 4 ohm resistor=I×r
=4×2=8v
d) power = v^2/r
= 8^2/4
=64/4
=16watt
e) difference in ammeter reading will be zero as the reading in both ammeters is same.
