We need to find thrust, where we have area as well as the pressure.
So,
Area of contact =4*6 = 24 cm² = 0.0024 m²

Pressure = 480 pascals
So,
Thrust = pressure * area
So, thrust = 480 * 0.0024 = 1.1520 N

Therefore, the block exerts a force of 1. 152 Newton
