Now LCM of 12, 16 and 24 is 48.
The greatest number of four digit is 9999.
The greatest four digit number divisible by 48 will also be divisible by 12,16 and 24. That's 9984. If number 10 is subtracted from the number 9984 the resulting number will follow the condition in the question and that number is 9974.
