We know that,

1 mole of any substance = molecular weight of that substance

1) 1 mole of N₂ = 14 g

 ∴ 3 moles = x g

    x = 14 × 3/1 = 42 g

2) 10 moles of Na = 10 × 22

                              = 220 g

3) 5 moles of Ca = 5 × 40

                            = 200 g
