Answer: Zinc reacts with HCl Acid as follows.

Zn + 2HCl —————-> ZnCl2 + H2

So 2 moles of HCl reacts with Zinc metal to produce 1Mole of H2 gas.

So 1 mole of HCl will react with Zinc to produce 0.5 mole of H2 gas.

No of molecules of H2 gas present in 0.5 mole = 0.5 X N

Where N is the Avagadro Number.

So no.of molecules of H2 gas

0.5x6.022 x10+23

=3.011 X10+23
