Let mother be AO.

Let father be BO.

The combination an offspring can have:

AB, AO, BO and OO.

Since O is recessive while the other two are dominant, the first three cases mentioned will lead to Blood Group, AB, A and B respectively. But the last case is O.

Note: If any one of the parent has pure A, i.e AA or pure B, i.e. BB, the offspring can't be of blood group O.
