the recipe to mango pickle is

1.raw mangoes are cut into small pieces.Take out the seed.

2. now transfer the chopped/ cut pieces of mangoes in bowl and add salt to it as per taste required.

3. shake it well and cover it with clean cloth and keep in sunlight for week. shake it in day

4 . after one week gathered them all in bowl. take dry red chillies,mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds,cunmin seed and asafoetida powder (hing). roast all indigrents separately.

5. now grind all the spices and then transfer them in bowl

6. now heat the pan and add oil into eat heat it after 1 minute add the mangoes which were dried also add mustard seeds to it cook for 5 minutes then add the grind masala to it and mix it well.

7. to store it for long time add oil and salt it and transfer in air tight container
