Before, finding the Answer. Let's find out how we can find the answer.

  • To find the answer. We must use the formula of

 \boxed{ \sf \: Surface \:  Area \:  of  \: Cuboid \: is = 2 (lb + lh + hb)}

  • First, we must evaluate 2lb, 2lh and 2hb and then must add them all.

Given :

  • Length = 6.5 cm
  • Breadth = 4.5 cm
  • Height = 2 cm

To find :

  • Total Surface Area of Cuboid

Solution :

We know that,

Surface Area of Cuboid is = 2 (lb + lh + hb)

So,

Area of Cuboid = 2 (l × b) + (l × h) + (h × b)

= 2 (6.5 × 4.5) + (6.5 × 2) + (2 × 4.5)

= 2 (29. 25) + (13) + (9) sq.units

= 2 × (51.25) sq.cm

= 102.5 sq.cm

Hence, the Area of Cuboid is 102.5 sq.cm.

Related Formula of Cuboid :

  • Volume of Cuboid =

l × b × h

  • Perimeter of cuboid =

4 (length + breadth + height)

  • Total Area of Cuboid =

2 (lb + lh + hb)
