 6x-2y=4  ...........(ii)

Divide the equation (ii) by 2.

     \frac{6x}{2} -\frac{2y}{2} =\frac{4}{2}

Or, 3x-y=2  ...........(iii)

Now, Look carefully at equation (i) and equation (iii)...

Both equations are the same.

So,

  We can say,

       c=3    (Ans)
