6.023 x 10^23 in one gram mole would occupy a volume 22.4 litre at S T P Now for NH3 (ammonia) 3.01 x 10^2 molecules would occupy [22.4 /(6.023 x 10^23) ]* 3.01 x 10^2 litre Hope you would find it by yourself For second problem, recall 1 g mol But for different molecule 1 g mol will be of different gram ​In our case N2 (nitrogen gas), 28 g is 1 g mol which occupies 22.4 litre So 1.4 g would occupy = (22.4/28) * 1.4 litre
