⭐Advantages (strength)

✍️•POLICY MANAGEMENT : As the institution will become answerable to ministry directly, the working efficiency and effectiveness will increase.

✍️•.FUND : Unlike institution faces problem now, fund from centre will increase and schemes could be easily managable at grass root level.

⭐Disadvantage
✍️•Most of the places have herediatry system which can be not always beneficial for the place as we don't know is the leader capable or not.

✍️•CENTRALISATION OF ADMINISTRATION: whats wrong with that ?

⏩well the problems and policies known by each other are different as per there level of administration. So, by centralisation the main local issues known by institute will lose ...causing ineffectiveness at lower level .....THE SOLE PURPOSE OF PANCHAYAT'S FORMATION.
