hiiiiii frnd i am from west bengal so i can give u some details about it..
actually west bengal it is the birth place of kaviguru rabindranath tagore so here rabindrasangeet is very famous & it is widely heard.. dances r of many types of dances r famous mainly rabindra bharati dance..
here all festivals r celebrated but mainly durga puja is widely popular
in west bengal Bengali like rice and fish its the main food here & main dessert is roshogolla
these food preparations r associated in oct month in autumn season as it is the season of durga puja
actually our state has communality with orissa assam, tripura etc..
