Given,
p(x) = 2x³ + 7x²+9x+3 .

Now,
p(0) = 2(0³)+7(0)²+9(0) + 3 = 3

p(1) = 2(1³)+7(1²)+9(1)+3 = 2 + 7 + 9 + 3 = 21 .

p(2) = 2(2³)+7(2²)+9(2)+3 = 2(8)+7(4)+18+3 = 16 + 28 + 18 + 3 = 65

p(-1) = 2(-1)³+7(-1)² +9(-1)+3 = 2(-1)+7(1)-9+3 = -2+7-9+3 = -1 .

Hope helped!
