given p(t)=2+t+2t²-t³

let p(t)=4 then

2+4+2(4)²-4³

2+4+2(16)-64

6+32-64

38-64

= -26

let p(t)=5 then

2+5+2(5)²-5³

7+2(25)-125

7+50-125

= -68

we can do like this or change the equation in correct form means -t³+2t²+t+2 or t³-2t²-t-2 any this is correct only,we just need to substitute (keep) the given constant value in given variable place.hope this is helpful
