Answer: both are same

Step-by-step explanation: if m is 1 and n is 2

then p=1,2 and q=2,1

p*q=1*2*1*2=4

q*p=2*1*2*1=4

n×m×m×n=n^2m^2

m^2+ n^2+n^2+m^2

= 2m^2+2n^2
