HEY DEAR!

X=2, Y=3

EQUATING,

(P+1)*2+(2P+3)*3-1=0

2P+2+(2P+3)*2=0

2P+2+4P+6=0

6P+8=0

6P=0-8

6P=-8

P= -8/6= -4/3

HOPE THIS HELPS
