Alliteration:


First stanza:

Were and winter

Where and whitethorn


Second stanza:

Full and fresh

Budding and boughs


Third stanza:

Sweet and scents

Sayeth and softly

Spread and snare


Fifth stanza:

Shineth and shadily

Here and heard


*Im not so sure about the paradox. Hope this helps. :)
